Start Where You Are

Small Steps. Big Faith.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to make progress—you just need to take the first step. Whether it’s a dream that God placed in your heart, or a goal that’s been delayed, today is a perfect day to begin. The key isn’t to rush or aim for perfection. It’s to take small, consistent steps and trust God to multiply your efforts.
Scripture:
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin…”
— Zechariah 4:10 (NLT)
Sometimes we think we need to have everything in place before we move forward, but God’s grace is at work in the smallest beginnings. When we take that first step in faith, no matter how tiny it may seem, we open the door for God to work in ways beyond our comprehension.
Encouragement:
What’s one small act of faith you can take today? You don’t have to leap—just move. Trust that God will meet you in the small moments.
Reflection:
Take a moment to reflect on your “first step” for this week. What is one thing you can do today to start moving toward your goals? Write it down and commit to it.
