God Isn’t Asking for Perfect

It’s easy to get caught up in the idea that we need everything to be perfect before we can make a move. But here’s the truth: God isn’t waiting for your perfection. He’s waiting for your progress. If you’ve been stuck in the “waiting for everything to be just right” mindset, you may be missing the grace that exists in the middle of the journey.

Scripture:

“...He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 1:6 (NIV)

The beauty of God’s work is that it doesn’t stop at the halfway point. He is always at work in us, and He’s not waiting for us to be perfect. Progress is where the magic happens. God works in the mess, and He’s not afraid of the unfinished parts of your life.

Encouragement:

Let go of the pressure to have it all together. God sees your progress, and He’s not done with you yet. Keep moving forward, even if it’s messy.

Reflection:

Speak this truth aloud: “God is working in me. I am growing.” What progress can you celebrate today, no matter how small?
